Decanter
All in one enclosed pressure reduction equipment.
The Swift Decanter has been designed to take high pressure CNG or RNG and reduce the pressure to useable levels for your industrial burner tip application or injecting directly into the pipeline. Our years of decanting experience have resulted in this equipment being successfully tailored to meet the desired flowrate and inlet conditions any fleet requires.
The Swift Decanter is a modular design and can be transported easily between sites and deployed with relative ease. Once installed at a site, gas is able to continuously flow into the application. Our integrated PLC management system ensures there are no interruptions due to vehicle switchovers.
Once connected to your burner tip application or injection point, the Swift Decanter will take the gas from high pressure trailers and reduce the pressure down to the required inlet conditions. Heaters are sized in the decanter to ensure outlet pressure and temperature is continually maintained. A number of inlet connections can be provided for 2, 3, or 4 trailers in order to meet operational requirements. Drivers will only need to connect the trailer to the Swift Decanter and subsequent switchover from one trailer to another will be automatic. The HMI on the decanter will provide prompts indicating when trailers are safe to disconnect.
